your alcohol intake or cut it out completely. Alcohol contains chemicals

2.Choose your carbs carefully -- Avoid high processed white
carbs present in most snacks and meals. Swap refined carbs with non-refined
carbs like wholemeal bread and you are sure to notice small changes in your
body with huge impacts on your health.
3. Practice portion control -- Reduce the proportion of food
you eat in a single sitting. Always take a smaller serving.
4.Implement the three quarters rule -- Fill your plate with
more vegetables compared to proteins and carbohydrates.
5. Avoid juice and drink more soup -- Soup is a great
appetite suppressant and taking it before meals may cause you to eat less. This
in return will reduce your calories intake.
